Which subs are better ALPINE or JBL?

im either going to get 2 12" alpine type s 900watt max,300 rms(SWS-1223D)or 2 12" jbl 1100watt max,275rms,(GT5-12),i can get them for the same price and wanna know which one is a better buy.thanks
