What are my Chances of getting into University of Washington?

only about 10 -12% of the total applicants in your GPA range get accepted into the UW, but to make up for your GPA, do REALLY well on the SATs and have a REALLY good "personal statement" when you apply. It also really helps that you've done all those extracurriculars and are taking those IB courses. You may have an advantage since you have family members who are alumnis of the UW, but that advantage only applies if you are from out of state. Also i dont think they are gonna hold it against you for getting that 1 D, its ur ulative that counts and how difficult ur courseload is...which you have gotten down.
