Would excuse someone if................?

If he is not from U.K or U.S or any other english speaking countries and keep on doing grammatical error but he/she really tries his best and not like the fact he is doing this, lets say if on yahoo answers keeps answering or typing questions and at the ends say sorry for Gram. error
