If I was to write about 5 gum in an essay, would i put 5 in quotes, italics, underline or bold?

I can't decide which to do, because I'm talking about 5 calorie gum and that's where it gets difficult. And no, I won't just find another five calorie gum brand. I'm talking about what's popular with my school.
