Does anyone know if they give loans to students in America who only have the green card but are Foreigners?

i`m iraqi..and i`m moving to America this year, and i wanna study Dentistry there but dont have the money for it, does anyone know if i can get a loan from a bank if i have the green card, or they only give it to Americans..please answer if anyone can help, thank you
