How to make something look..?

I bought this really bright shirt from hollister and it was only 4 dollars so i just had to get it, I didn't really lke it that much anyways. But I'm not the t ype that looks good in bright colors, how do I tone it down? I'm not sur what color it loks like, navy blue? if its navy blue then it doesnt show the real color. I just think it stands out tooo much. what do u think?
