Sick for 6 weeks now...?

So it started with a cold... which turned into bronchitis... which turned into a pretty nasty sinus infection. I'm MISERABLE! I have already been to the doctor, and he prescribed a z-pack. and some mucinex. BUT that was about 10 days ago, and even after taking the meds I've had NO relief. I'm just wondering, should I go back to the doc or try and ride it out a bit more?
