Is the Realtek HD audio that came on board with my dell in 2007 better than a 2004 sound blaster card?

I have a Creative labs sound blaster live 24-bit sound card that i pulled out of a older 2004 dell dimension pc. Does anyone think this will be better than the on board sound stuff from Realtek on my 2007 dell vostro? Thanks
