How to wipe spy ware?

ok, my mother has installed spyware. I dont have anything to hide so im ok with it. Until it started messing with my files ims and everything else. i have not given her a reason for any of this and when theres a problem she bitches about fixing it. I am so done with all of this. i cant uninstall the program because its under my moms name. and i cant crack the p. she wont give me the disk to wipe my computer, so im screwed there to. what can i do to totally wipe everything. i dont care if i have nothing when im done./ as long as theres no spyware, i can just download everything else.
