How to talk to a girl?

there this girl at my school nd were semi-friends but i really like her..shes just abeautiful person all around but when i try nd talk to her about a relationship i get nervous...were both n the 9th grade nd my friends nd her friends have been pushing me to doing so...but i gets nervous so please err1 out there help me out t least tell me how to get her # ...things to kno we have no cles together jus homeroom nd in the morning we have like 35 minutes b4 school starts.. one of her friends suggested that i aske her 2 walk 2 hr wit me to put our books up thnx to all who help... nd please no negative answers
