Dose any one kow about Military Rotations/roleplayers for afghani or iraqi people in USA?

I have heard that there are companies that are hiring for roleplaying and rotations to work with US ARMY, US Marines, Or US Navy. These jobs are just for Afghani and Arabic people who live in the USA and would like to help US army about their country and culture. if any clue or info may help.
