Are leading muslims who call for the act of jihad on the west hipocrates?

The long-term consequence of acts of jihad is that the West will annihilate Islam. For this reason, muslims who call for the act of jihad on the west are traitors to their religion. The West is tolerant of all religions and able to change as a result of logical argument, so if Islam wants to survive and grow, it needs to develop such arguments.
