Any information on Virgo males?

I am a virgo and I have met a man that is a virgo as well. He seems to be more emotional then I, I am a virgo sun with scorpio moon, and his emotions are throwing me off balance a little as he is very open and has said several times that he likes me alot and keeps offering to move closer to the city where I am. Anyone dated a virgo male, are they normally this way? After dealing with a Scorpio for years I am a tad weary of that the next guy could be manipulative like the Scorpio.
